Fees & Services

1. The basic fee for a wedding ceremony is $300. Rehearsal attendance fee of $100 is figured into a budget for a larger wedding requiring a rehearsal with the minister's attendance. There may also be a Travel fee for venues outside my service area, and streetcar wedding additional fee (please see below).

2.  The first step to secure my services is to check the date of your wedding (and rehearsal, if required) with my availability. You can provide the information I'll need using the form below.

3. I will respond with news of my availability, then to the next step.

4. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the date of your wedding.
The deposit is applied to the fee for the ceremony. When you wish to secure the date(s), I will send an email with instructions about how to pay your deposit. The easiest method is PayPal via email or Bitcoin.

5. If you book the date, we will begin planning the ceremony. I will send several sample ceremonies which you and your partner can review for approval, edit as you see fit, mix-and-match passages, or customize with your own personal vows. This will be a back and forth process with the document revisions being passed via email.

6. Face-to-face meetings are welcome and always a plus when planning a ceremony. Meeting must also be coordinated with my calendar and meetings outside of Hammond, LA, but within my service area (60 mile radius of Hammond) will incur a $50 fee to cover expenses of travel. Meetings beyond 60 miles will incur the standard Travel Fee (see below).

Cash is the preferred method of payment for the balance due. However, if this is inconvenient or impractical, please notify me and I will prepare a PayPal Invoice or Bitcoin payment instructions for the balance which you can pay online with a credit card in advance.

Note about travel fee:
I serve the New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas and any location within 60 miles of Hammond, LA. For locations beyond these areas, an additional fee of $100 per round-trip for each 50 miles beyond the 60 mile radius will be added to total fees due.

About Streetcar Weddings:
Because these take more time, the base fee for a Streetcar Wedding is $350, with deposit requirement of $100 unchanged, leaving $250 to be paid at the ceremony. The Rehearsal add-on expense, if required, is unchanged at $100.
